Terms & Conditions

Please read through the terms & conditions carefully before placing your order. Once order is placed, you are deemed to agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Product Information

All photos for all products are taken on as-it-is basis. Colour of actual product might differ slightly from photo due to brightness level when the photos are taken. You can always enquire us on the actual colour and size of the item before placing order.

2. Payment

Once order has been placed, you will receive a notification email from us which states the total amount to be paid and bank information.

Payment is to be made within 3 working days from the date of e-mail.

Kindly let us know once you've made the payment.

Payment can be made via cash deposit, bank transfer or inter-bank transfer. We are using CIMB bank and Public Bank.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if payment is not received after 3 working days.

3. Shipping & Delivery

After payment is received, we will deliver your order within 3 working days. Tracking no. will be provided to you.

You can track the status of your order at POS Malaysia website.

Product price is exclude delivery fees.

We will not be responsible for lost packages if you did not provide the correct shipping address with your order.

If package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will notify you and you have to bear any additional charges including shipping and handling charges to re-deliver the package.

4. Order Cancellation

Order can be cancelled before e-mail notification is sent out. After e-mail notification is sent out, no cancellation or order will be accepted and you have to make payment within 3 working days.

5. Product return

We do not accept returns or exchanges. You can always check with us the size and colour of the product before placing order.
